6 Hook right in front of left

L HEEL TWISTS, HEEL HOOK

9 Twist heels to the Left

10 Return to center

13 Touch Left heel forward

14 Hook left in front of right

16 Touch Left next to Right (no weight on left)

CHARLESTON STEPS

17 ,Step left foot forward

18 Kick Right foot forward and clap

19 Step Right foot back

20 Touch Left toe back beside right

21 Step left foot forward

22 Kick Right foot forward and clap

23 Step Right, foot back

24 Step Left back beside right (put weight on both feet)

SLAPS, CLAPS, HITCH HIKE - HAND JIVE

25 Slap hands on thighs (bend knees slightly)

26 Slap hands on thighs

27 Clap hands at chest level

28 Clap hands at chest level

29 Jerk Right thumb over right shoulder

30 Jerk Right thumb over right shoulder

31 Jerk Left thumb over left shoulder

32 Jerk Left thumb over left shoulder,

HOKEY POKEY STEPS, STOMPS

33 Step Right toe forward, pivot slightly left as you push out right hip

34 Push out left hip (you're beginning a 1/2 turn to left)

35 Step Right toe forward, pivot slightly left as'you push out right::;

36 Push out left hip (continuing 1/2 turn to left) ^ .„

37 Step Right toe forward, pivot slightly left as you push out right hip

38 Push out left hip (completing 1/2 turn to left)

In steps 33-38, hold up your hands at head level,
